Short version: this site sets no cookies, runs no advertising trackers, and does not sell data. Below is everything that actually happens.

Who is responsible for your data

The controller of any personal data collected through this site is BRILINTA SL, a private limited company incorporated in Spain (NIF B22796189), with its registered office at Barda Los Calderones 8, Viñuela, 29712 Málaga, Spain. Analytics

We use a cookieless analytics service to count page views and referrers. It does not build a cross-site profile of you. We see aggregate numbers — how many people visited, which pages, roughly where from — not individuals.

Hosting

The site runs on a cloud hosting provider. Like any web host, its servers process your IP address and browser user-agent in order to serve the page and keep the service secure.

Fonts

Typefaces are served from this site itself. No font service or other third party is contacted when the page loads.

If you request beta access

When you join the beta waitlist, we store:

• the email address you enter;
• the answer you pick for what brings you here, if you pick one;
• whether you entered a valid invite code (not the code itself);
• the page that linked you here, if your browser reports one;
• your place in the queue and the time you signed up.

This is stored with a hosted database provider, primarily on servers in the EU, and is reached only through our own server code. We use it solely to send your invite and beta-related updates. We will not sell it or pass it to advertisers, and every message will have an unsubscribe link.

To stop automated signups, your IP address is used as a short-lived counter: at most five signups per address every ten minutes. The counter is deleted after ten minutes and is never linked to your email.

Your rights

You can ask us what we hold about you, ask for it to be corrected, or ask for it to be deleted. Email hello@viraltrade.org and we will action it.

If you are unhappy with how we handle your data, you can also complain to a data protection authority. In Spain that is the Agencia Española de Protección de Datos (aepd.es).

Changes

If what we collect changes, this page is updated first, and the date above changes with it.
